GTA 6 Online supports 32-player lobbies
Plausible editorial rumor. UK employment tribunal filings (Glasgow) from a wrongful-dismissal case brought by ex-Rockstar Edinburgh staff reference GTA 6 Online's 32-player lobbies. Rockstar's own filing called the figure "highly confidential" — effectively confirming the number while trying to suppress it. Chris Bratt (People Make Games) first accessed the hard-copy documents.

The report points to Glasgow employment-tribunal filings involving former Rockstar Edinburgh staff. Coverage of those documents says the filings referred to 32-player GTA 6 Online lobbies and that Rockstar described the figure as highly confidential.
A document reference still needs context
A number in a legal filing can be an important lead, but it does not automatically describe every mode, platform or final session type. The document’s wording, provenance and later product announcements matter as much as the headline figure.
The Compass status
The 32-player figure stays Plausible and is kept separate from confirmed GTA Online features. Rockstar has confirmed an Online component, but the final lobby structure, capacity rules and launch configuration still need a first-party product trail.
